Requirements for ground fixation of tent

As for the installation requirements of the tent, remember to fix the support plate of the tent and the ground well. It must be able to support stably, have enough load capacity, and be able to resist wind and rain. It belongs to safe use. But in the professional technology, in order to maintain long-term safe use, and the premise must do well the fixed requirements of the tent floor.

  1.Calculation or load test shall be carried out to determine the reliability of the fixation between the tent and the ground.

2.When the heavy object is fixed, the ballast material shall be placed on the weight plate according to the specified requirements. When the connecting span between the weight plate and the base plate of the tent is less than 20 m, there shall be no less than 2 bolts, and when the span is more than 20 m, there shall be no less than 4 bolts. The weight plate shall be equipped with rubber blocks to ensure enough friction with the ground and no lateral sliding.

3. When the steel drill is used for fixing, the anchoring depth of the steel drill shall be calculated according to the required tension, but the minimum anchoring depth shall not be less than 900mm, and the diameter of the steel drill shall not be less than ￠ 25.

4. When the expandable bolt is used for fixing, the grade of the ground concrete shall not be less than C20, and the thickness shall not be less than 200mm. The length and quantity of the bolts shall be determined according to the required tension calculation, but the pull-out strength of a single expandable bolt shall not be less than 24kn, the diameter shall not be less than 12mm, the length shall not be less than 120mm, and the quality shall meet the national specifications.

5.The tent and ground can be fixed by surface ballast, steel drill anchoring or other reliable fixation methods.

6.For the installation of the tent, the foundation condition shall be rechecked, and if necessary, reinforcement shall be carried out. When the ground has special requirements, non-destructive reinforcement shall be adopted.

It can be seen from the above that according to the six requirements, it can properly meet the fixation requirements of the tent support plate and the ground.
